3 Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting orders.
5. Shipping
We ship only within the UAE. Delivery takes 3–4 business days. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return defective or non-conforming goods within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return. The right to return is forfeited if goods have been used.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Disputes
Disputes shall first be referred to the relevant UAE Dispute Resolution Committee.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
