Eagle Strike Exchange and Returns Policy
At Eagle Strike, we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with our products. However, if you find that an item is not the right size, color, or model, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order has not arrived, you have 30 days to submit a claim. Additionally, all Eagle Strike products come with a 90-day warranty.
Please note that due to variations in manufacturing and display settings, product colors and sizes may differ slightly from those shown or described. Eagle Strike is not liable for these minor differences.
The following information will help you process your return:
Unopened Items
You may return any "unopened" products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply send the item back in its original packaging and condition, and we will refund the purchase price. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Opened Items
Opened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in saleable condition with their original packaging and accessories. The customer will cover the return shipping costs, and any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the item upon delivery, the return will fall under the standard return policy, with the customer responsible for return shipping.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Ordered by Mistake
If an order was placed by mistake, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Damaged Products
We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery. If any damage is found, please contact us with photos showing the defect as soon as possible so we can process an appropriate claim and arrange for an exchange or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us with photos of the incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Return shipping will be covered by Eagle Strike in such cases.
Return Limitations
Returns without original documentation or a completed return form will be rejected. Please clearly state the reason for the return on the invoice/return form and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
Warranty
All Eagle Strike products come with a 90-day limited warranty, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If you encounter such an issue, we will replace the product free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from misuse or external conditions.
Free Return Shipping Label
We will provide a free return shipping label under the following circumstances:

Heavy items will be collected, and the shipping cost will be covered by Eagle Strike if we are at fault.
